Current Lead Time:
Lead time before your order leaves our production facility is based on quantity. We try to maintain several hundred cases in stock at any given time. However, as industry wide demand for recombination vents is increasing at a rapid rate, lead times may vary. Currently lead time is as follows:

Carriers:
When shipping throughout the US, we strive to find the most cost effective shipping method possible. UPS and FedEx are our two most commonly used carriers. Each of these carriers has a hub within 5 miles of either one of our facilities. Rates will vary depending on destination and level of service. Flow Systems will always use the most economical option when shipping your orders.
DO YOU HAVE A UPS OR FEDEX SHIPPING ACCOUNT?
We can ship your order either prepaid and we will add the shipping costs to your final bill. We can also ship your order collect using your UPS or FedEX account number. If you wish to ship collect, please contact our customer service department at (419) 290-1103.
LTL TRUCK LOAD SHIPMENTS:
When orders exceed 6 cases it is generally more cost efficient to ship by LTL, FTL or if shipping internationally by Container Load. Our fully staffed shipping department can assist with organizing, pick-up and delivery of your LTL orders. LTL shipments can be arranged to ship collect on your preferred carrier or we can provide you with a quote for point to point shipping from our facility to yours.
DAYS IN TRANSIT:
All Flow Systems products are shipped from one of two production facilities. Smaller orders less than 4 cases are normally shipped from our Marquette, MI facility while larger orders over 4 cases and pallets are shipped from our Holland, OH Warehouse. Once shipped, orders generally reach their destination within 3 business days for 85% of all US based locations.
TRACKING:
Once shipped, our shipping department will automatically send tracking information within 24-36 hours of shipment, not including weekends.
SHIPPING INSURANCE:
When the value of your shipment exceeds $250.00, insurance is automatically added to insure that both Flow Systems and you the customer receive your order without incurring any costs associated with damage during transit.
Packaging & Case Sizing:
CASE SIZES:
The typical case size is 24, 60, 120 or 144 pieces to match most utility and data back-up center battery string sizes.
The 24/60/120/144 cases sizes are always available in inventory and ship sooner than those orders that require custom counts or split cases.

PACKAGING:
In order to insure that your order arrives without damage, we take great care in packing each order. All Flux Vents are shipped in double fluted corrugated boxes containing individual cell compartments that protect parts during transit. The cases are not sealed with clear plastic tape but rather gummed, fiberglass reinforced packaging tape.
